I visited Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni, Kourou, Cayenne, and Régina. They are all sleepy French towns, with Cayenne being the largest and liveliest. Kourou is dominated by the spaceport. Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni is a fairly large town, whereas Régina is a sleepy small town with nothing going on.
